Sales Tax
Silver in the City collects 6% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of Indiana.

Returns and Exchanges
Silver in the City is happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in it's original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Include your name, address, email address, reason for return, order number and a request for either a refund or exchange. Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.

Shipping and Delivery
Unless noted on the individual product page, all orders are shipped the next business day after you place your order and often the same business day. For your convenience, we offer several shipping options. Free flat rate shipping is via USPS Priority Mail and takes an average of 2-3 business days, but is not guaranteed and may take up to 10 days. UPS services are available for faster, guaranteed deliveries.

Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you via email. The remainder of the order will be shipped.

Check Status of Order
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email stating when your package was sent and via what shipping service.

Privacy Policy
Any information that you submit to Silver in the City will not be sold or otherwise released to a third party.
